An employee has 40 days of accrued vacation leave.
He has requested to start his vacation on 17-08-2025.
How should I process the payment for 16 days of attendance plus 40 days of vacation?
Can I pay him the 40 days from Accound accrued vacation balance?
You can use “Additional Salary” for those 40 days of vacation.
Create “Additional Salary” for that particular Employee with respective date and amount.
while creating salary slip for 16 days, additional salary also will include in payment.
