Payroll Entry - Earnings vs Deductions

When doing payroll entry or encoding additional salary (deductions). There is no way to know if total deductions for that payroll period exceed earnings?

As far as I understand, your question is whether ERPNext will warn you if deductions are more than earnings or if the net pay is negative.

ERPNext will warn you if your net pay is less than zero while submitting a salary slip.
