Payroll Integration: Salary Component and Gross Up Configuration

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on setting up Payroll in Frappe/ERPNext. I have a question:

  1. How does Income Tax Slab work? Can I use ths in my formulla
  2. Does Frappe/ERPNext provide any configuration or support for handling Gross Up and Gross in payroll calculations?

I’d appreciate any guidance or best practices on how to implement this properly.
