Pdf attachments aren't loading in browser

We attach PDF’s in our MREQ’s but we aren’t able to load these in our browser after adding these.

Is anyone facing the same problem?

  1. what are MREQ’s?
  2. do other (not stemming from your ERPNext instance) pdf’s load correctly in your browser?

Hi,

Mreqs are Material Requests.

And yes other pdf’s work without any problems. I saw something on discussions.erpnext about wkhtmltopdf.

Could this be the issue?

We are working with an online erpnext version though.

does “an online erpnext version” mean mycompany.erpnext.com ?

If so, then everyone should see the same problem, shouldn’t we? I just tried it on my instance and could successfully attach (and then re-open) a pdf in the browser. So it does not seem to be a general error.

  1. Do you get any error message?
  2. the pdf’s are not too big are they (I think 10MB being the red line)? You would get an error at upload though, so probably that’s not the matter here.

Yes its like that.

The technicians from ERPnext informed me our conpany.erpnext.com is on a blacklist on our internet provider, so thats whats causing the problems.

Lets focus on this first, thank you for having a look at our troubles.
