PDF generation error, characters not displayed

When I generate a PDF, this is how it shows up. Anyone else facing this issue?

Check this thread, maybe your fonts are not installed properly.

Works fine in my test account.

  1. Language in which Print Format was generated?
  2. Browser used?

Perhaps other dependencies needed for generating PDF (like wkhtmltopdf) is not working on out-dated.

Thanks @Pawan @umair. Turns out it was a font permission issue
