PDF printing Error: Exit with code 1: ConnectionRefusedError

Hello Everyone I am getting this error when I PDF print a doctype. Strangely this only happens when I print it via the public IP (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:1143 - yes it has a port in the end).

When I open it from the local ip. i.e. 192.168.68.196, there is no issue. My emails are also not being sent.

Exit with code 1 due to network error: ConnectionRefusedError

I have also added the domain in my site_config.json file. Everything else works fine but this does not.

I am using version ERPnext v14

Issue Solved by adding
“host_name”: “http://XXXX.XXXX.XXXX.XXXX:1143

in site_config.json
