Does ERPNext handle gratuity and pension payments after an employee retires?

I am also interested in learning about Frappe HR’s capability of tracking pension payments after retirement. Any update on this? To do the administration of pension payments, is it required to create another Salary Structure?
In the end, will Frappe HR have 2 Salary Structures, one for active employees and another one for retired employees?
