Period closing for old Fiscal done, still warning shows up

Hello,
I have 2 fiscal years 2017 (jan-dec) and 2018. Though i creaed a period closing voucher for 2017. In 2018 Balance report , at the bottom i see a warning that previous year closing not yet done. Why is this.

  1. Do i need to add opening balances in my new Fiscal year to remove this warning.
  2. Or do i have click on disable button in the 2017 fiscal year docType

Too old version. Please upgrade to the latest version. This is already fixed.

Sorry for providing the wrong versions.
Actually i created a trial account and tried the use case. Below is the version in the trial account.
