How to allow “standard” user to create and edit Print Format?
@zoran1 in version 5, the System Manger can edit Print Formats
In version 4, standard formats are auto-generated and there is no code behind them. You will have to build a new format from scratch.
Unfortunately, I was not clear enough. 
There is a new member in our team and he do not have yet administrative
privileges on the System.
But, we would like him to edit our existing print forms.
Is there a way to allow him to do so?

You can check Role Permissions on “Print Format”
Its usually System Manager, but you can always add a new role!
