Permission Error while creating new company

Information about bug

I have a user with an Accounts Manager role. When I am creating a new Company from that User Account, I am getting a Permission error

Not permitted

Not allowed for Company: None
User User@Compa.com does not have access to this document: Company - None

Insufficient Permission for Company (create)

Is user permission created for this user for company?
This might limit you from creating accessing other companies.

I try to use role system manager, but I have the same problem

User permissions are entirely different from the role permissions given via role permission manager.
If you go the user dashboard there should be a connection to the user permissions. Check if company permission is given for the user. If so, delete that permission and see if everything works.
