Permission for accountant to see bank details from employees needed

Our accountant cannot link employee bank accounts (Employee bank information → New Bank account) I am wondering, how to to setup the permissions of an accountant user, coz … the user should be able to see/add (link) the bank account information’s (for transferring/getting money) … which works fine for supplier an customer, but not for employee’s, the accountant can only choose them-self and link the bank account, all other employees are not listed (and of course the accountant must not have access to the usual employee information, only bank account is needed) so how is the usual approach to handle this?
