I am working on the latest version of ERPNext, Frappe, and HR. When I set permissions as per the role, and then log in as an employee, the User doctype displays all users but does not allow access to their documents. However, when I open the Employee doctype, it shows “No Employee” and the option to “Add Employee” (the same issue occurs with other documents).
When I access the Project doctype, all projects are displayed instead of only the assigned projects.
@jankijoshi any attachment will be visible as long as you have access to the doctype it’s linked to . you probably have something wrong in your permissions or user permissions . share a screenshot of project list . and the permission in the role .
The another point is when employee do login, he is not able to see himself in employee list, even he is not able to see his leave application but when he open user doctype, he can see every user but can not access other document accept his.
