For the country field in company .this field has permission level 1 . When i logged in to user the country field is not showing
Because that user has no role of permission level 2, so the user hasn’t field access for that.

In default country field has permission level 0. Check and enable 0 permission level role for that user.
solved by giving permission to Company doc permission Level 1
