Permission Setup Assistance Needed

am currently developing a ‘Placement Management System’ that includes a document type known as ‘Placement Application.’ In this system, students submit their placement applications by selecting the respective company. The challenge arises when a ‘Company HR’ logs in; they should only have visibility into the applications of students who have applied specifically to their company. I attempted to address this issue using ‘User Permissions,’ but unfortunately, it did not provide a satisfactory solution. Could anyone assist in resolving this issue?

You can set a user permission for company hr user and allow for company that he/she want to access.
