Permissions for Support Priority

User ***** does not have doctype access via role permission for document Support Settings

any idea how to circumvent this, I want our organisation support team full access to the support ecosystems


Go to Role Permissions Manager, select doctype as “Support Settings”. By default, the system manager has access to this doctype. To give access to users having other roles, click on add a new rule and give permission to the Support team (role).
