Permissions on comments

It is possible to apply permissions on the comments of a document to make a comment only visible to certain users? I know that I can apply permissions to make the whole document only visible to certain users, but I need the document accesible for all users and only hide certain comments.

Comments are saved as Communication. Check link fields in the Communication, if applying restriction on one of it helps.

I added for use Inbox User permission, but he can’t read comment at Course Schedule.
