Pick a Letterhead in a Print Format

How about being able to pick a Letterhead along with a particular print format?

You can select letterhead from transaction form.

Yes. But then that’s a common letterhead for an entire document.
Associating the Letterhead with the Print Format gives one more control and
flexibility
