Pick List Default Behavior

In Pick List → Pick List Item. System groups/consolidates same items in a single row.

I upload same items with different colors/sizes from another doctype to Pick List. However after scanning barcodes as I save Pick List, system groups/consolidates same items in a single row. How can I prevent/avoid this behavior?

Please provide solution, your expert opinion will have huge worth.

System will only groups when this,

Item Code
UOM
Warehouse
Batch No.
reference (sales_order_item or material_request_item)

are same otherwise not.

In your case I think reference are same or empty.
