I’m trying to add pick lists from a sales order and when it loads the items are not populating from the sales order. It comes up blank. When I use the get items button I can see the order and select it but the item area on the pick list is blank after clicking “get items.”
What I found was that the pick list will not populate if the item’s default is to “drop ship” and has a default supplier assigned. In that case I can populate a purchase order but not a pick list. Is this the correct functionality?
