For piecework labor rate a little bit customization would require at stock entry:
Hi Naveed1, I understand where you wanna go, but I believe you dont need that, for the manufacturing purpose!
In ERPNext, as the way it works, you always only will have a single item being produced on the manufacture stock entry.
Over reports you can get the manufactured item, and the aditional cost, and do the reversed match.
100 units produced
5500 in additional expenses
55.00 per piece
I see that more as an reporting result, that the need of data entry by the user!
