Placing the doctype under certain section in the module

Hello;
I need to create a section in a module. For example, In the HR module, I need to create a section called Ministry of Finance and Social Security Applications and I need to create doctype to be listed below this section. In other words, I need to create a section in the HR same as the Employee, Recruitment, … etc and I need to place links for doctypes below this section “Ministry of Finance and Social Security Applications”.
I know how to create doctype, but I do not know how determine its location in the module.
I am attaching picture to declare what I mean by the section in the module.

OK … I got to know how to do it.
It is using the config.py which is existed under /frappe/frappe-bench/apps/erpnext/erpnext/config.
