Please help, how to add cost base on item qty in invoice

Hi ,

I am new in erpnext and using 13-dev in testing,  mainly for healthcare domain area. 

in some situation, if the nos qty over a value, let said 50g , an additional charge (base on ratio or fixed cost) is required, but I can't figure out how to set it. 

please, help . much thanks
