Portal is Broken

Hi,

ERPNext Portal seems to be not getting any attention. Is there any plan to improve it? What’s the alternative solution?

Which portal you are referring to either for customer, supplier, patient, or student.

It has everything and highly scalable and dynamic. Looks like you need to go through documentation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKwrR2e3CeY first.

I’m referring to the customer portal as you can see in the screenshots. It feels broken/abandoned compared to rest of the ERPNext (v16). After logging in customer sees the empty welcome screen.

Please configure by working with the following;

1. Customer Contact has to be linked with user.
2. Portal sSetting needs to be defined for customer role.
3. Customer Role must not have desk access.

V16 is also working good with portals.
