I created a custom doctype for tracking document status with workflow.
And i want to give portal user access to change the status of this document and every thing work correctly
but portal user can see only 10 records although there is more than 50 record when i open the system user
any help in this

Are you talking about the web form?
By default shows the 10 records, but if you want to show more records then click on “Load More”.
Tested, it’s worked properly.
i try it but i get this message
