POS big image issue

I am uploading an image for my POS but it is showing big? How can I resize this?:

Here it loads but I guess the server I setup is loading too much, I have a digital ocean droplet of 4GB RAM and 80GB space, anyone have any ideas so I can increase the loading memory? it works slow:

As soon as I select a customer it goes back to normal size but again takes a lot of time:
