POS bug : unable to select item and item rate coming 0

For some items added from data import even though the standard price is listed for that item it will show rate as 0 when entered in POS through barcode.

Also when searched for the same item by name in POS it will show proper rate but stock as 0 and cannot select it , showing trace as :

I am getting more similar errors for some items,
these items where never set as batch items…
the only way to overcome these errors are to delete and recreate the items…

Can anyone share the light on as to why they occur in the first place to be better aware.

Even i am getting same kind of issues now.
