POS Printing Very Very Poor

Hi

We have tried so many formats but the printing clarity is so poor both via POS Awesome or Desk Version.

We use a X Printer POS 80mm thermal printer.

Please help me with a solution. Also tried raw printing but no success in achieving a good print out.

Perhaps the font color needs re-adjusted? Did you try using CSS to ensure that the font is pure black?

Thermal printer drivers themselves often have a “lightness” adjustment that you might want to fiddle with.
