I am trying to open new pos and it prompts me to select pos profile. But POS Profiles I have created are not showing in the list of profiles for me to select. what could be wrong.? thanks

If it is there on the list, status should show enabled, if not then obviously you should edit it and enable it.
Furthermore, when you are going to the POS, have you opened your POS opening entry?
