Hello! Taxes do not compute in my POS offline App. I’ve already set default tax template in POS profile.
Please help me solve this. Thanks!
In your Tax Template, you must have checked the box “Is this Tax included in Basic Rate?”.
Thus, it is not calculating your tax separately.

That box is checked. My Tax Template does calculate in normal sales orders and sales invoices. Only is POS Offline does it not compute.
When you check “Inclusive” check box, your tax will be applied but it won’t add up in your grand total. This is the case in your Sales Invoice as well. If you apply a tax which is not Inclusive then it will be calculated and it will reflect on your total.
