Pos view deprecated?

I can’t seem to find POS View to be able to select items outside of Sales Invoice. For example I can’t do this: https://erpnext.org/docs/user/manual/en/using-erpnext/articles/pos-view

I know I can use the POS form to create sales invoice. but I want to use the POS view for other forms like delivery note…

It was deprecated long back. Now, it can be used for creating pos invoices only. In other sales transactions, you can select the option of Multiple Item selection for faster selection of items.

perhaps someone should remove the article as it no longer is valid. It makes it very confusing for users.
