Prepared Report Auto-Enable even after switching to Disabled

Why is 'Prepared Report' Button Auto-Enabled in Frappe v15?

I don’t want to sound pessimistic, but I can’t help it! This should be an option for the users working on cloud to optimize their I/O or processing costs. But, can anyone explain me what is the point in delaying the Trial Balance and Stock Balance reports, even the Quick Stock Summary? My expectation from the developers is to be more user conscious.

But it seems like when a report is switched to disabled prepared report it will still be automatically set to enable prepared report after a given time. Below is the snapshot of the code from the Report Doctype that is causing this

This means that no matter if you disable the prepared report it will still be switched behind you and will still cause the same issues as why you disabled it in the first place.
