Prevent Salary Slip showing to supervisor / manager

Hi,
When I select an employee A (Supervisor) in the EMPLOYEE-> DEPARTMENT & GRADE → REPORTS TO field of an employee B. The selected employee A (Supervisor) can see the employee B’s salary slip. Can this be prevented while having Employee B reporting to Employing A. ?

Also is there any other Salary related information of Employee B accessible by Employee A ?
