Price increase daily at certain time

I have a client who has a restaurant/bar & nightclub in one. They need two prices for their alcohol in the following way.

-Normal prices during the day (0600 am to 2300) say Coke $1
-Club prices (2301 to 0559) say coke goes up to $2.50.
-At 0600 price needs to change back to $1 and then cycle continues.

How can i achieve this in ERPNext.

Make a Scheduler Event that will update prices.
