I have created multiple pricelist for different customers and I have changed the default pricelist of each item mentioning those particular price lists. for example , I have a Customer A to whom I sell a product A, so I have set the default price list of this Product A to Pricelist A where I have stored its price. But, Whenever I create a sales related document instead of fetching the price from Price list A it fetches the price from standard selling price list. how to I change this ?
HI there, you need to apply the price lists to the Customers or preferably Customer groups. In either of those documents, select a “default price list”. Then the prices in those price list you selected will apply to their sales documents.
