Price not auto-updating for Items in Sales Invoice across different systems for same user

Hi,

I am facing an issue in ERPNext.
I am using the same user account on two different systems.

  • In one system, while creating a Sales Invoice, when I select an Item, the price is automatically appended.
  • But in the second system, for the same user, when I select the Item, the price field is blank and not updating automatically.

Both users have the same roles and permissions.
Can someone please help me understand why the price is not getting auto-updated on the second system?

What do two different systems mean? Two separate instance of ERPNext or two client machine?

If price still no-show then check pricing rules or custom scripts if written or enabled
