Free Qty - 6 (Same Item)
When I sell 42 items (42 * 2 = 84), customers will receive 12 free items. Customers must buy exactly 42 items; they will not qualify for any free items if they purchase more or less than 42. For example, if a customer buys 45 items, they will not receive any free items. How can I set this up in the pricing rules?
I’m experiencing an issue with the quantity settings. When I set a maximum quantity of 42 items, selecting 42 items adds 6 free items. This means that for 84 items (42 + 42), I don’t receive any free items. I want to get 12 free items for 84 items.
However, if I don’t set a maximum quantity and I sell 43 items, the 6 free items get added, which I don’t want.
What should I do now? I hope you will help me with that.
