Hi, I have a case where discount is applied by looking who is the distributor/channel and who is the customer(outlet), so the same customer can have different discount based on which distributor, he/she is ordering from. On the other hand, different customer can have different discount from the same sales partner/distributor. I could only see either one to select in the option of ERPNext V12, but is my case still possible ? THank you…

No reason why you should not be able to accomplish what you describe with a bit of scripting and/or customization.
