Print designer Customer Address

Hello,

I’m using Print designer to generate my invoices. So in there I need to add Customer’s address. Customer has address line 2 which is not mandatory. If I select Customer Address in doctype search in Dynamic text and select Address line 2 and select new line. then problem is if address line 2 is {{customer_address.address_line2}} it display a blank line and then City and post code.

I tried to use if condition in jinja script which is not helping me.

Can anyone please help me to fix this issue?
