The Totals, VAT etc get mixed with Items Table at some point which I can’t pre-determine. How do I solve or avoid this? Kindly check out the attached image.
Has anyone encountered a problem like this?

There is actually no fix. I wasn’t using the PDF button at the top of the page, I was creating the PDFs by printing the document. I just noticed too that what I thought as the best solution too has its draw in the sense that it doesn’t print footer if the repeat header and footer is not selected.
