I have a Hp Designjet T120 printer and I am not able to print on the waterproof paper rather it can only prints on A4 papers. Please let me know why is this happening? Kindly provide me with the solution.

Welcome to the forum community!

The problem you have posted here is one very much outside our circle of influence. It would probably be best to contact the support department for the printer manufacture in order to best work through such problems.

However, if you are thinking the problem may be related to the defaults in ERPNext, then please check the print settings . This link should help:

The HP DesignJet T120 is designed to work with specific media types and sizes, so if it prints on standard A4 paper but not on waterproof paper, the issue is usually related to media compatibility or printer settings. First, check that the waterproof paper is compatible with inkjet printers, as many waterproof papers are made for laser printers and will not feed or accept ink correctly. Next, load the paper through the correct paper path and make sure the paper size and media type selected in the printer driver match the waterproof paper you are using. Also, verify that the paper thickness is within the T120’s supported specifications. If possible, test with another brand of inkjet-compatible waterproof paper to rule out a media issue. If the printer still refuses to print, updating the printer firmware and driver may also help. Sharing the exact brand, size, and GSM (thickness) of the waterproof paper will make it easier to identify the cause.
