I have a Hp Designjet T120 printer and I am not able to print on the waterproof paper rather it can only prints on A4 papers. Please let me know why is this happening? Kindly provide me with the solution.

We are a very active community in supporting ERPNext.
The problem you have posted here is one very much outside our circle of influence. It would probably be best to contact the support department for the printer manufacture in order to best work through such problems.
However, if you are thinking the problem may be related to the defaults in ERPNext, then please check the print settings . This link should help:
