Problem in email sent by erpnext ( link not work )

Hi
I want to know how we can remove "View this in your browser " and "Leave this conversation" , quotation email are sending by erpnext , when we use local server for erpnext , this two link to work , because linked to invalid ip address .

In version 7 i uncheck “Send document web view link in email” ,then "View this in your browser " removed but still when i send quote by email show “Leave this conversation” , in email and due erpnext in local server this link not work for our customer .
some one now how we can solve this problem

We are replying messages from communication and we don’t encounter this issue.

Try adding ‘hostname’ in site_config.json as your site’s base URL
