Problem in setting up Fee Schedule

Dear All,

I am having a small school setup where i want to use ERPNext.

I have created all other per-requisites for fee voucher generation but i am stuck on Fee schedule.
I have created:
Programs (Class One. Class Two)
Courses
Students
Fee Categories (Tuition Fee, Annual Fund, Library Fee, Admission Fee)
Fee Structure (Class One, Class Two)

Now when i tried creating Fee schedule for Class One it fetches all four fee categories mentioned above for a regular month fee, I want to charge monthly tuition fee only, how can i remove other three categories in Fee Schedule.
