Problem on Paypal payment on membership

I have tried to become a member, After I click pay by paypal, this will simply post the data. But didn’t redirect to paypal page. I have some question too

  1. In Bangladesh we don’t have paypal, so can we pay by American express/Visa/Master card
  2. I will attend in conference, so can I pay on the conference day?(Though only paypal is accepted)
  3. Is there anyone from Bangladesh having the membership?

Edit: This is open to anyone. We just want to get an as accurate count as possible so that we can order enough lunches for everyone. Also the auditorium capacity is around 250, so we are not likely to run out of space.

I think this one has to do with funding bounties.

I am based in Lagos Nigeria, I will not be attending the conference.

Is the payment process not fixable?

Same issue with bounty payments on your new bounty platform.

Is this going to be fixable too or should I just post it on bountysource?
