Problem or bug in incoming email append to Opportunity

Hi
There is problem when incoming email append to opportunity , if sender email address in customer email or customer contact /address , erpnext still add new lead for sender of email and don’t understand sender already is customer.
any one else see this issue ?

Email should be in Lead or Contact (unfortunately not customer)

Thanks for your reply , i test it again , even email id in contact , erpnext open new lead without name and detail in contact , it means erpnext don’t understand sender email id already in contact .
