Hello, I have the following problem when testing responses to emails that I make from the issue folder, here is my path in order:
- I write from a personal account to the email that I connected, namely from the email glebvershinin1994@gmail.com to the email cs@dkhardware.com
- The issue is created in the folder, everything is correct here
- Then I answer this question and it is returned to me back to the email glebvershinin1994@gmail.com
- When I try to answer it again, two problems arise: it does not allow me to automatically reply to the email cs@dkhardware.com and for some reason it substitutes my address, if I manually insert the address cs@dkhardware.com then another issue is created (although the chain of emails should remain within one issue)
Who can help me sort this out?
