I am new to ERPNext and a happy new member of the hosted Version.
I have currently two issues with printing:
It was described to use the Terms and conditions as footer template but it is not aligned at the bottom. I searched for some solution on the Forum but I only found Solutions for the self-hosted one. Is there one solution for the hosted Version too?
Changes of the address template are not shown when I select the print view or just print. In contrast, all changes I made within the e.g. Quotation template (my own Version) are shown immediately.
Do you now what is the issue why this is not updated? I already tried on a different Computer and with a new created Quotation (not a old one)
For quotations, I choose the following naming series Format: QNT-.YY.-.#####.
Does this naming series start again with 00001 in 2017?
So e.g. on the 31st December 2016: QNT-16-54222
So e.g. on the 1st January 2017: QNT-17-0001

You can set Footer in the Letter Head master as well. May I know value is to be captured in the footer. Please note that you may not see Footer in the Print Preview. Always check PDF to see document preview with the Footer.

The changes made in the Address template are effective in the new transactions only. The Quotation you are referring to, was it created before
We just tried replicating this issue, and foudn it working fine in our test account. Can you please share the Address Template, and the format in which Address is rendered in the forms?

Seems that screenshot of the Quotation doesn’t cover Customer’s address. Can you please indicate Customer’s address in the screenshot. Also will be great if you could share screenshot of the Address master, so that we can compare the output with Address Template
The customer adress is the line “Vorgartenstrasse 145”. But that is fine.
I do not want to have Austria but the German name there.
Also I do not want to have the blank line in there. If you look in the template code, you see that I deleted the County line.

For this second issue
I fixed the issue with the address template.
The problem was only that I booked the document (quotation) already and did not know that for this only the old address template will be used.
After creating a new quotation the problem was solved.
