hello all, does anyone have problem with OTP app email not arriving on user email inbox? but welcome email and reset password goes thru just fine (and is recorded on Email queue)
step that i did : - running command “bench --site [sitename] set-config enable_two_factor_auth true”
- Enable Two Factor Auth in System Settings and set “Two Factor Authentication method” to OTP App
- reset otp secret from user page (still doesn’t work)
- sync my NTP server time
- running command “bench --site site_name enable-scheduler”
any help will be appreciated, thanks
