Problem with salary component in payroll

Hello,

I have a salary component (in payroll) that has fixed amount but different for different employees. For example, Lets call this component Transportation Allowance.

For Employee 1 Transportation Allowance $500

for and For Employee 2 Transportation Allowance $600

for For Employee 3 Transportation Allowance $1000 .

How can i implement such scenario in payroll?

You can add the allowance directly into the salary structure as the amount.

Thank you for your reply. In Salary structure you just select earnings and deductions. How do I add the fixed allowance for each employee? Can you please guide me as I am a starter?
