Product photograph with Quotation, Invoice

Is there any way we can show product photo in each line of product and in Invoice.??

Hello Satish,

Yes. You can have items image called in your Sales Transaction as well. Ensure that In your Item master, Description HTML is updated after selecting an Image file. Checking following link for help on how to insert image in the Item.

HI again,


I have generated the HTML Description for the item. Then went to customize forms and selected “Quotation Item”.
Now how do I add another field ‘image’. I don’t see any “Up/Down” button or “Add/edit Select” buttons there as per the manual.

Ok. Finally got what you said.

I was trying to do it on already entered Quotations but was not working.
I created a new product and a new Quotation and it worked.
