yes, you can. Open Report “Gross Profit” filter by “Item Code” or “Item Group”
or you can open “Sales Analytics” filter by “Item” or “Item Group”

It give me with every transaction for example if I purchase item 10 times and sell it 6 times i will find in the report 16 action
